Warnings: The good news is, Bucky isn't likely to attack for no reason whatsoever. The bad news is, he's a highly trained super-assassin, so if he considers your character a threat, and they pull some shit, he will have no hesitation in eliminating that threat if necessary. However, he is no longer a man on a mission, so he won't be going around killing people until he is. But he is a dangerous man.

Bucky's asleep all year long, but that doesn't mean your character can't come by and visit.
Come and talk to him while he's asleep and who knows, he may even respond.

His metal arm working again, which was completed here.
Bucky's mask, which grants him invisibility at night.
A ring, which allows him to visit places he's already been.
The ability to turn into a short-faced bear for two hours.

Other Items:

From Ariadne: A token that allows the bearer to see in the dark and a dagger with a plain hilt. A pair of black leather gloves that are charmed to help increase grip.

From the Outsider: A bone charm that makes his approach quieter. Another bone charm, which makes rats friendly to him as long as he has it.

Where the Wildlings Are: The Hill Goats

At the behest of Ganondorf Dragmire, the Lord of Mair, Bucky tracked down a nomadic wildling tribe, the Hill Goats, that had been terrorizing trade caravans traveling to and from the city. He issued an ultimatum: swear fealty to Mair, leave, or be destroyed. The Hill Goats refused, and so over the course of the next few days, Bucky killed every raiding party that came to the road, until the Hill Goats were forced to agree to leave.

Harry Potter requested that Johnny Storm and Bucky research and end the activities of a woman who was kidnapping young men and women and enslaving them in Mair's sex trade. Johnny went in to research the woman's activities, and relayed the information to Bucky, who then traveled to Mair and killed the woman and her guards, then freed the slaves in her brothels.
